Tofu Pasta

- Instructions
- Turn the stove onto medium/low heat, and put a little bit of olive oil into the pan. Throw in the cut broccoli and zucchini and stir them around until they lightly brown. Once they soften, throw in thinly sliced scallions and stir until those quickly begin to brown. Sprinkle salt and pepper and then put all the veggies on a paper towel-covered plate. Sprinkle salt and pepper and then put them on a paper towel-covered plate. Then, dice up tofu and put it into the same pan. Once the tofu begin to brown, salt and pepper to taste. Turn off the stove and mix it all together. I recommend using Trader Joe’s Tomato Basil Marinara sauce.
