Tofu Salad

    1. Ingredients
      1. Cucumber
      2. Avocado
      3. Carrots
      4. Olives
      5. Bell peppers
      6. Tofu
      7. Lettuce
    2. Instructions
      1. Wash and cut the vegetables. Throw them into a big mixing bowl. Turn the stove onto medium/low heat, and put a little bit of olive oil into the pan. Dice up tofu and put them into the same pan. Once the tofu begins to brown, salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked tofu into the bowl, choose your favorite dressing, and enjoy a hearty salad! If you want more of a crunch, I would suggest adding chickpeas. My favorite dressing is Brianna’s Home Style Dressing Blush Wine Vinaigrette and it compliments this salad perfectly!
