Quinoa-style Peanut Butter and Jelly
Ingredients:
- Peanut butter or Sunflower Seed Butter or Almond Butter
- Jelly
- Quinoa
Instructions:
Begin by cooking your quinoa. Follow the directions on the back of the quinoa box. Once it is done in the microwave, let it sit for a few minutes before touching because it will be extremely hot. Once it is cooled off, put some into a bowl.
Next, mix in a little bit of peanut butter/almond butter/sunflower seed butter. Begin by adding less and adding more to taste.
Once that is mixed in, add in a tiny bit of jelly. As someone who is not a huge jelly fan, I use my step-dad’s homemade jam. Mix that in, and you’re done! It is as easy as that. The texture can be odd at first, so that is something to beware of. However, if you like peanut butter and jelly, I guarantee you will find this dish as delicious as I do! It is also surprisingly extremely filling, so serve yourself less rather than more to begin.
