“Quarantine”

Quarantine by Ari K. (’23)

The world is filled with disorder

Supplies flying out the stores

All the world’s closed their borders

People turn into their own personal warder

No help in sight just closed doors

The world is filled with disorder

Restaurants close, no hors d’oeuvres

People to animals on all fours

All the world’s closed their borders

Spring has sprung, it’s much warmer

People have a chance to explore the outdoors

The world is filled with disorder

Many families confined to their quarters

Tension and anger outpours

All the world’s closed their borders

This sickness tramples order

Sweat clogs everyone’s pores

The world is filled with disorder

All the world’s closed their borders
