Flag Football Season Ends on High Note

After a slow 0-1 start, the team decided to turn it on, winning the next eight games and winning the championship. Led by a very strong defense and prolific offense, the Jags walked through the competition. In the semifinal game, the Jags started slow with two pick sixes thrown by QB Shaun S. (‘24) but then the defense turned it on with five interceptions and 21 consecutive points to take the lead and never turned back, winning 21-12 and sending them to the championship. Even when it came to the championship game, the Jags won in an emphatic fashion, winning 21-0. The team was led by two strong wide receivers/cornerbacks Evan R. (‘22) and Max C. (‘23).
