A Healthy Twist on Our Favorite Foods

Pasta, sushi, and pancakes are all very commonly eaten foods, and three of my favorite foods. I refuse to let my allergies prohibit me from eating foods that I love, and therefore, I’ve found creative ways to make these recipes gluten free and dairy free. Here is what I came up with.

Tofu Sushi
