Invasion of the Bird – Well, Not the Animal…
Similar to electric cars, Bird is a tiny force of nature

You step up, feel the wind whooshing through your entire body. Buildings, cars, and people have nothing on you. You feel like you are flying. Who wouldn’t want to have this experience every day? Flying without ever leaving the ground – brought to you by Bird.
Bird electric scooters have revolutionized contemporary society. With a culture that is hungry for innovation, Bird scooters have made their mark. If you haven’t noticed these firecrackers, you must be constantly looking down at your feet.
As one of the largest electric scooter companies in the U.S., Bird must bring nothing less than greatness to the streets of the U.S. With critics everywhere, the company is forced into a cycle of fixing, changing, and improving its scooters.
The purpose of Bird is uncomplicated but effective – it is everywhere and for everyone. Your first challenge is simple: locate your Bird scooter. With the click of a button in the Bird app, you can sign in, pay, and unlock your ride in an instant.
These dock less scooters have a life-span of about six months, an impressive asset for technology that can be used by anyone at any time. The concept of Bird is fitting for a culture that immerses itself in the broad, abstract scope of technology. Bird technology, however, unlike completely self-driving or flying cars, is eminently practical.
Aside from the awe-inspiring gadgets that come with each Bird scooter, this innovation is environmentally sound. This ingenious form of transportation can actually alleviate harmful environmental impacts. Similar to electric cars, Bird is a tiny force of nature – it actually reduces gas and carbon emissions into the environment.
Bird is quality transportation – the scooters exist to excite, facilitate, and improve the lives of its users. Recently, Bird has set itself apart from other electric scooter companies in that the company made all-day rentals possible.
Look left, look right, and you will find your ride. Experience Bird for yourself – you will not regret it.

As a secret lover of a Bird ride, I am struck by the sort of “civil disobedience” their advent has brought. Despite “rules” about the age of riders, helmets, staying off sidewalks and bike paths, etc., users flaunt their freedom and throw rules to the wind (which “swooshes through our bodies” indeed!). This sort of rogue behavior is both compelling and concerning. In what other areas of civic life do we so blatantly take the law into our own hands? I’m curious!
