On November 13th, this past Friday, terrorists killed more than 120 people throughout Paris.

Attacks coordinated in different locations across Paris, involving gunfire and explosives.

As I write this, ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack, a supposed “act of war.”

And, as I sit here grieving over the already known deaths, I am aware that the death toll is expected to rise. At least 99 people have already been listed as critically injured, and I can not imagine what it is like right now to be in Paris and amongst all the death and fear.

This act of violence and hatred can not be met with the same. I am aware that we are all angry and upset at the horrendous news, but if we act with hatred we will never see an end to this.

So please, send out love to you friends, family or even strangers that are now grieving in France. And tell them that we are on their side.
