Life in the Time of Quarantine

We lived our life from busy market places,

While meeting and seeing many new faces

The noise of cars from the streets,

 The noise of conversations

And children crying to their parents on a busy day.

And the wonderful wind whistled through the air

As a brisk breeze blew

But the world has come to a complete stop

No more people did we meet

No more working would we do

No more places could we go

Tell me, O Muse!

Please help us through this situation

Please let us go do what we need to

End this disaster

How can we continue to live our normal lives?

What should we do?

What can I do?

Speak to me, O Muse, and tell me what to do!
